Maratua, A diver’s paradise!

Maratua Island is located off the north coast of East Kalimantan; an approx 2 and half hour speed boat ride from the main land.

Maratua Island is one of the largest island in the Derawan Archipelago and is loved by divers around the world! The Island is circled with large lagoons plentiful with marine life and healthy coral reefs. Just looking at the shape of the island makes you wonder if this island is truly the definition of “paradise” The huge “u-shaped” island spans approx 384 kilometres of sandy beaches and 3,735km of waters; packed with adventures for the adventure seekers!

Maratua Island alone has many dive sites to visit and you’ll be amazed with abundance of marine life you were trying to chase around the globe!
